1 ½ cups minced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauté in frying pan in 1 Tbs onion until translucent.
2 tsp dried oregano, 1 ½ tsps each dried basil,
marjoram, chili powder, 1 ½ tsps cumin
Add and cook another minute.

Add and cook until heated through.
4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
