You need a wild card for the 3T of flour, but otherwise this is totally local thanks to Marco Polo. |

Ingredients : |

2 1/2 cups quick oats
3 T flour
1 cup butter melted
1 egg
1 t. salt
1/4 t. baking soda
1 1/2 cup maple syrup |

| How to Prepare : |
|
|
Mix the dry and then mix the wet separately and then mix together. You may want to use more maple syrup and then more oats to absorb some of it, because these aren't as sweet as their originals.
Drop by teaspoon onto a pan lined with parchment (otherwise they are impossible to get off pan) Bake at preheated 350 until golden(7-10 mins) Do not overcook. |
